Learn about decreasing time on emergency maintenance at Rolling Stock Maintenance & Depot Optimization Congress

The Rolling Stock Maintenance & Depot Optimization Congress (28-30 June, London & Online) takes place in just 2 weeks time, with case studies from train operating companies sharing how they have improved and streamlined processes to optimise fleet availability.

In advance of the conference we caught up with Naoyuki Ueno, General Manager at the Central Japanese Railway Company to ask him about his presentation at the Congress, what he feels are the biggest challenges for the industry at the moment and what he looking forward to the most.

Our biggest challenge is to recover from the impact of Covid. We try to achieve this challenge by providing a better service,” he says.

Naoyuki comments: “I will also show you not an idea but a proven method of condition based maintenance.”
