Aaron Rail drives forward with £600k fleet investment

Aaron Rail is delighted to announce it has invested more than £600k in a new fleet of 35 vehicles for its project teams.

The firm has purchased a range of vans including Citroen Berlingo and six-seater Ford Transits, all coming wrapped with the Aaron Rail and Aaron Guard liveries.

The new vehicles come complete with tracking and sensor technology to ensure our drivers are moving around Britain’s roads safely and complying with speed regulations.

Discussing the new fleet, Aaron Rail’s Managing Director, David Barnett, said: “This is a significant investment for Aaron Rail and shows our commitment to providing high-quality equipment and facilities for our teams. The new vehicles will allow our staff to travel to our offices and between sites safely and comfortably, while also showcasing the Aaron Rail and Aaron Guard brands on the road.

Dave added: “As part of this ongoing investment we also have plans to purchase a new Electric Vehicle (EV) fleet, to help with our sustainability policy and commitment to becoming a net zero carbon emission business by 2030. This is an exciting time for Aaron Rail and we look forward to making further announcements on investments and business developments soon.”

Aaron Rail offers a range of specialist services to the rail industry, including Minor Civil Engineering, Drainage & Surveys, Track Maintenance, Site Access Control, PC Support and Contingent Labour.

The company also recently received its Principal Contractors License from Network Rail, allowing us to operate as a Principal Contractor on Network Rail Managed Infrastructure.
