All sectors covered at Railtex 2019 as last few exhibitor spaces remain

With the exhibition now less than three months away, Railtex 2019 is taking final reservations for the last remaining stand spaces, as the industry prepares to come together for three days of insight and networking.

Confirmed exhibitors will span every aspect of rolling stock and infrastructure services across three days of industry showcasing.

The 14th international exhibition of railway equipment, systems and services is UK rail’s premier event, where organisations meet, network and demonstrate products, innovations and expertise to the wider rail industry.

Over 370 exhibitors from 22 countries have now booked a stand at Railtex. The well known names include Alstom Transport UK, British Steel, HS2, Hitachi Rail, PULSAR, Siemens, Stadler and many more.

Rolling stock suppliers including telecoms and networks provider ADComms, commercial toilet supplier Dan Dryer, hydraulic hose and connections supplier Flotec Industrial, component manufacturing and refurbishment firm Sabre Rail Services, and adhesives, sealant and coating provider Sika have all confirmed their appearance at Railtex 2019, taking place between the 14th and 16th May at Birmingham’s NEC.

Covering the design, infrastructure, asset management and operations sectors, exhibitors including infrastructure specialists Adey Steel, switchgear supplier Craig & Derricott, track sensor manufacturer Frauscher, industrial doors supplier Jewers Doors, railway electrification specialist PFISTERER, and cable and pipe seal manufacturer Roxtec are all set to showcase their latest offerings to thousands of visiting key buyers, managers and decision makers.

Natalia Charman, exhibition manager for Railtex 2019, said: “As we are now less than three months away from the show, we have seen a large increase in the number of bookings being taken for stand spaces at Railtex. Organisations in the rail industry know that the exhibition is the place to be seen this summer, and with all the major suppliers and decision makers set to be in attendance, we have the perfect platform for demonstrating products and services.

“If you are thinking about booking a stand there is still limited space, but we recommend you do so as soon as possible as they are disappearing quickly. We’re looking forward to welcoming visitors to the Midlands for a jam-packed three days of networking, insights and information.”

With visitor registration now also officially open, keynote speakers and details of the exhibition’s supporting programme are set to be announced in the coming weeks. A full supporting programme will take place, featuring the new Future Focus Conference organised by the Railway Industry Association alonside the show’s regular Knowledge Hub and Seminar Theatre both returning to the NEC, hosting a schedule of topical and educational keynotes, presentations and discussion forums, all accredited by the CPD Certification Service.

Visitors are being encouraged to register in advance to avoid paying a £20 on-the-door fee. Online registration is free until 13th May: http://www.railtex.co.uk/2019/english/visitors/registration/
