The positions will be located in Cumbernauld, Barnsley, Pontyclun and Highbridge and will include travel to various offices and operational site locations throughout England, Scotland and Wales.
The programme will provide recruits with a comprehensive understanding of a fast growing; self-delivering, civils, building, engineering, and maintenance and design contractor. Recruits will gain valuable experience working across rail, environment, highways, energy and infrastructure and both public and private sector with a team of exceptional people.
Post completion graduates can expect to progress to a range of roles such as:
- Project or site engineer
- Assistant quantity surveyor or quantity surveyor
- Design engineer
- Health and Safety advisor
- Pre-contracts or proposals writer
- HR advisor
