Cordant Services rebrands to complete its integration with Bidvest Noonan

The integration of Cordant Services into Bidvest Noonan is now complete, with the combined business now moving forward under the Bidvest Noonan banner.

Bidvest Noonan, a leading provider for services such as security, cleaning and Front of House, has significantly expanded its footprint in the UK and Ireland in recent years.

In 2021, the group identified Cordant Services as a highly compatible business, with both businesses operating in the same market segments, offering a similar range of services and taking client-centric approaches to solution design and service delivery.

In May of this year, Cordant Services joined Bidvest Noonan, creating a united business with market leadership positions in cleaning, security and support services across the UK and Ireland. During the past six months, leadership and operations teams on both sides have come together.

Welcoming the rebrand, Guy Pakenham, Managing Director of Cordant Services, said: “Our decision to rebrand has been met with exceptional positivity and goodwill from all of our leadership, support and service delivery teams.

“Since joining Bidvest Noonan we have worked closely with our new colleagues, finding new ways to enhance our business and improve the value we deliver to our clients. We are now ready to take the next step on our journey. We are excited about moving forward together as Bidvest Noonan.”

Charlotte Marshall, CEO of Bidvest Noonan in Great Britain said: “Bringing our Cordant Services teams under the Bidvest Noonan brand is the right move for our clients, people, and business.

“While there will not be any structural or legal changes resulting from this move, it will allow us to work more closely together for the benefit of our clients and to provide the market with greater clarity about who we are. It is a very exciting time to be part of Bidvest Noonan. We have ambitious plans for our future and I am delighted by the progress we are making.”
