Costain has appointed Nicole Geoghegan as general counsel and company secretary, replacing Sharon Harris who is leaving the business in July.
Nicole will start and join the Executive Board on 1 July 2022.
Nicole has extensive infrastructure experience, covering the full asset lifecycle, and is an expert in public sector procurement and managing risk. Prior to this role, Nicole was General Counsel and Company Secretary for High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd and before joining HS2 Nicole worked for a number of industrial and engineering businesses, beginning her career at a top Australian law firm.

She has a track record of improving revenue and profitability and I am delighted to welcome her to our team. Sharon leaves us after almost two years and I would like to thank her for the significant contribution that she has made and wish her a happy retirement.”
