FirstClass Safety & Control Ltd has appointed ConsultCarr, led by industry expert Richard Carr, to support its next phase of growth through enhanced stakeholder engagement, communications and market positioning across the rail sector.
The appointment builds on a longstanding relationship between the two organisations. ConsultCarr’s founder, Richard Carr, previously worked with FirstClass Safety & Control between 2018 and 2024, supporting the development of an overseas growth strategy that led to contract wins in Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East. His professional relationship with company owner Mark Meyrick dates back to 2010.
FirstClass Safety & Control is a UK-based specialist in safety and control systems, with more than 25 years’ experience delivering solutions across multiple industries. The company designs, integrates and supports tailored rail depot protection and control systems that safeguard people, assets and critical infrastructure worldwide.
Through this new engagement, ConsultCarr will focus on strengthening FirstClass Safety & Control’s visibility and relationships across the rail industry, supporting engagement with end users, supply chain partners and key stakeholders, while also enhancing communications and market outreach.
