The search has started for a company to deliver a £300 million contract for the telecommunications systems for HS2.

Among the responsibilities of the winner of the contract includes the design, manufacture, supply and installation, of the operational telecommunication systems and the route wide security systems.

Network Rail is among 26 firms to sign an open letter calling for flexible working to be offered as standard to all employees.

The article features in several of the national newspapers including the Daily Telegraph, urging the Government to improve flexible working rights.

It’s to ensure parents don’t have to choose between their children and their career.


Scotland’s Transport Secretary said people who are not wearing masks will not be refused travel, instead they will be encouraged.
