Jason Pearce, Group MD will take the role of Group CEO at Linbrooke. Jason has been in the rail, telecoms and technology sector for 20 years and been a key enabler for organisations to enable and support mission critical infrastructure.
Jason’s financial and commercial experience, managing small and large businesses, both in the UK and internationally has helped transform the business over the last 18 months. Always delivered with realistic optimism, his people centric approach helps to create positive experiences for staff and customers, resulting in maximising service and building strong relationships.
Understanding how to operate in multiple environments to achieve a common corporate objective he has realigned and reinvigorated a new Senior Leadership team, setting out to mature the Linbrooke business and its processes in readiness for the next phase of growth. He remains committed to building the team to retain its agile, nimble, and solutions centric approach. His leadership technique is forward thinking, intrepid and team orientated. He delivers with maximum impact.
Jason will spearhead the growth and development of the business, and we will see more focus on connectivity and technology. The company says they are delighted to see Jason move into this position and all look forward to the future journey.
Meanwhile Lee Hallam will take the role of Executive Chairman. Since incorporating Linbrooke Services in 2002, Lee has grown the business from its homegrown Sheffield roots, into a business delivering global projects within the rail, telecoms and power sectors. The new executive structure will enable Lee to continue with his charitable commitments and passion for health & safety and training next generation resource which is all at the very heart of the Linbrooke Group.
