Journey4 appointed by Northern to help develop business plan

Rail specialists Journey4 has been appointed by Northern to support the development of its business plan.

Working closely with Northern’s senior leaders, the company was able to have the business plan ready in just six weeks.

Journey4 subsequently helped translate the plan into short, medium and long-term business objectives which have now been launched and are being rolled out across the business.

Graham Shorter, Northern’s Director of Strategic Planning, said: “Journey4 mobilised a team to support us at short notice and helped to develop a quality business plan to a very tight timescale. They quickly integrated with our teams and worked alongside us to provide the additional capacity and capability we needed and have subsequently helped us to bring the plan to life for our colleagues.”
