Kayleigh Owen is the new Global Service Director for Cost and Commercial Management at Arcadis

Arcadis has appointed Kayleigh Owen as Global Service Director for Cost and Commercial Management (CCM).

Starting her career on the Arcadis graduate scheme, Kayleigh has grown and progressed as part of the company’s CCM community, accruing a wealth of experience working across multiple sectors including infrastructure investment, retail banking, lenders & investors, corporate real estate, health and education.  

Kayleigh has been a consistent champion for CCM as a discipline, as both a service leader for complex programs with global clients, such as HSBC, and a Commission Manager for the ambitious £1billion Transformation Programme at Manchester Airport in the UK.

An inspirational and passionate leader with a strong client focus, Kayleigh has held senior roles in Arcadis’ HS2 account team, and was most recently the National Highways Account Director, leading the third largest account in the UK comprising a team of 400 people working across 60-project portfolio, including the Lower Thames Crossing, with a value of £31million per annum. 

In her new role, Kayleigh will lead Arcadis’ CCM community comprising of 4,000 colleagues, with a significant presence in Asia, the UK and Europe. She will focus on transforming the service resulting in improved efficiency and market differentiation.

Commenting on her appointment, Kayleigh said: “When I joined the cost and commercial management community as a graduate, it was clear that Arcadis had something very special – both in terms of our collective expertise and our reputation in the wider market. I’m delighted to have the opportunity to support and champion cost management (and quantity surveying) within, and outside, Arcadis and I look forward to meeting, supporting and learning from the community in the coming weeks and months.”
