ARSENALE Express S.p.A. in Rome has commissioned Knorr-Bremse to equip two Orient Express La Dolce Vita trains.

Starting in the third quarter of this year, Knorr-Bremse will supply state-of-the-art braking technology as well as entrance, climate control and sanitary systems.

Harald Schneider, member of the management board of Knorr-Bremse Rail Vehicle Systems and responsible for Knorr-Bremse Italy, said: “In the luxury rail segment, tradition and modernity are comingtogether in a unique way. Knorr-Bremse is helping to achieve this by providing a range of top-quality, environmentally friendly technologies. “We’re looking forward to supporting passengers with our various system solutions as they enjoy a unique and exclusive travel experience to a broad range of iconic destinations across Italy.”
