Launch of Net Zero Mobilisation Hub

DGP Infrastructure has launched a specialist Net Zero Mobilisation Hub to help the rail industry hit net zero targets in site establishment.

The organisation will take full responsibility for site establishment through the life of a project, with everything from electric vehicle charge points and eco-friendly open-plan accommodation, through to heating and lighting and utilities set-up.

David Pateman, Managing Director at DGP Infrastructure, said: “DGP is committed to partnering with innovative environmentally sustainable suppliers, to offer the construction industry a comprehensive integrated mobilisation hub for site establishment, with the latest environmentally friendly, carbon reduction and carbon free options.”

The solution comes as pressure is mounting on everyone to play their part in bringing all greenhouse gas emissions to net zero by 2050.

Businesses are also required to make the commitment and publish clear and credible carbon reduction plans before being able to bid for major UK Government contracts.

David added: “Our integrated solution will you to do what you do best – delivering for your clients. DGP will take away the inconvenience of multiple subcontract awards at the outset and provide you with an establishment that simply works.”

DGP Infrastructure was formed in 2020 as part of the expansion of DGP Logistics PLC. It was established to meet the growing demand of civils projects whilst growing the organisation’s existing client base.
