LUSO Electronic Products Grows Product Configuration Capability in Response to Rising Demand

Established power distributor and electronics service supplier, LUSO Electronics Products Ltd, has expanded its in-house capability in-line with increased demand from rail customers looking for modular, configurable supplies  that meet specific design requirements.

As a distributor and specialist service supplier to the rail sector, LUSO products conform to strict rail standards where performance and reliability are key requirements in often harsh and changeable conditions. Typical rail applications requiring DC/DC Converters provided by LUSO include, rolling stock, on-board peripheral devices, passenger information systems, ticketing machines, trackside applications, and DC power distribution systems.

Andy Eden, sales manager at LUSO said: “With a history in the rail sector that dates back to 1967, our in-house team has a robust understanding of the complex and demanding needs of the rail sector. Although LUSO offers a standard ‘off-the-shelf’ product range to choose from, in recent years we have seen an increasing demand for a more collaborative approach to working with our customers.
