Network Rail’s former head of capital delivery appointed COO at Geobear

Geobear has announced the appointment of Peter Luby as group chief operating officer (COO).

Peter joins Geobear from Network Rail where, most recently, he was the Head of Capital Delivery where he led teams delivering works on behalf of HS2. Peter has over 22 years experience within the construction industry working in maintenance, renewals and major projects.

Otso Lahtinen, Geobear CEO said: “Peter has a genuine growth mindset, he is a great communicator and has a strong track record in his career. I believe he will be able to help us deliver our organic growth plan including increased footprint in the public sector more safely, faster and with more profit.
