Norton Rose Fulbright expands rail team with new London partner

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright today announced that rail finance lawyer Simon Gwynne has joined the firm as a banking partner in its UK rail team.

Simon comes to Norton Rose Fulbright from Hogan Lovells, where he co-headed the rail and shipping practices. He has extensive experience in high-value asset finance across a variety of different sectors, with a particular focus on rail rolling stock, shipping and industrial plant and machinery. He focuses on complex structured asset financings, both tax and non-tax based.

Clients include rolling stock owning companies (ROSCOs), financiers, development contractors, rolling stock manufacturers, depot operators, local authorities, governments and regulatory bodies, train operating companies and state-owned rail entities.
