From shopping sprees and gifts to paddock tickets at the Grand Prix, Rail Aid’s Gala Auction, sponsored by Colas Rail, has done all it can to cater for any potential bidder.
Rail Aid is a major fundraising initiative for Railway Children – a charity that rescues children from a life of desperation on the street. During the pandemic, the events diary for Railway Children was wiped out, so Rail Aid, a “Children in Need” working on behalf of the charity, came into being.
One of the ways the sector is brought together by Rail Aid is through the Gala Auction, which includes prizes donated by some of the most notable businesses operating inside and outside the rail industry.
