Rail Wellbeing Live returns from 19-23 January, with registration open.
The event is about supporting everyone in the railway family to thrive in their roles, boost wellbeing and build resilience. Through the week there will be more than 50 sessions led by more than 70 speakers, designed for all roles, from frontline to office and everything in between.
The speakers include:
– Joe Marler. England rugby star – Session: Breaking the silence: A conversation on mental health with Joe Marler.
– Giovanna Fletcher. Bestselling author, podcast host, and mother of three – Session: Parenting, family wellbeing & work-life balance.
– Dr Nighat Arif. GP, women’s health & menopause specialist, broadcaster and author – Session: Women’s health uncovered: from menopause to misunderstood conditions.
– Alastair Humphreys. National Geographic Adventurer of the Year – Session: How to live adventurously every day
– Stef Reid MBE. Paralympian & World Champion, broadcaster and resilience coach – Session: How to bend without breaking: The adaptive mindset that bites back.
