Journey4 is delighted to announce that Jacqueline Starr, CEO of the Rail Delivery Group (RDG) has joined as an Advisor to the Directors.
Jac joined the rail industry in 2015 as MD of Customer Experience and was appointed CEO in 2021. She worked previously as the Customer Experience Director at Barclays. Jac is passionate about putting the customer at the centre of organisations and also bringing fresh thinking to the rail industry, gained from other sectors where customer centricity has long been championed.
