Readypower Group Limited (RGL) has announced the acquisition of Total Rail Solutions Limited (TRS).
RGL have been working closely on an expedited transaction with all parties over the recent period. This week saw the successful conclusion of that work and RGL have purchased 100 per cent of the share capital of TRS.
RGL CEO Russell Jack said: “We are delighted to get this deal over the line. Our aim is to provide initial capital to support the business going forward. This deal is the best outcome for TRS and its employees, and we will be able to provide stability, so we can evaluate how we best secure the long-term future of the business and the people who work in it.
“Between now and Christmas we will undertake a process of integrating TRS into the Readypower Group ready for the start of next year and the new control period.”
RGL were supported in this transaction by Pinsent Masons (legal), KPMG (Financial DD), RSM (tax DD), Adeptus (environmental DD) and Vista (Insurance DD).
