SLC Rail, SLC Property and SLC Investments have been awarded places on Midlands Connect’s specialist technical framework to provide niche advisory services.
The new four-year framework will support Midlands Connect in the delivery of its future strategy.
The three SLC businesses will be advising Midlands Connect on cost assurance, regulation and planning, economics, funding and finance and environment assessment.
