The Hub – Transport Advisory has announced the expansion of its transactions and commercial advisory capability with the appointment of Ben Wilson, Diem Bradley, and Travis Lucas.
They are highly experienced advisors who have previously worked on a multitude of high-profile railway projects and transactions. The team has successfully advised on rolling stock deals for a number of UK ROSCOs as well as acting for both vendors and buyers for numerous successful UK and European transactions.
Ben, who has over 25 years of experience, has advised on many high-profile rail projects from being the lead advisor to HS2 Ltd to advising on the procurement of the new Class 700 Thameslink fleet.
Diem, who has previous experience in both supplier and client side, has supported many successful transactions including leading the technical and commercial due diligence for the AIP’s purchase of a stake in Agility East as well as many Rock Rail deals and other UK and European rail transactions.
Travis is a rail and urban mobility specialist who has conducted commercial due diligence for many successful transactions. He has worked on several projects for clients in the UK and Europe focusing on urban rail, intercity rail and bus rolling stock.
The appointments come as The Hub continues to enhance its existing transaction and commercial advisory capability. This growth continues its ability to provide advice to a variety of clients in the rail, aviation and urban mobility sectors.
