XEIAD joins the British Engineering Services Group

XEIAD has now joined the British Engineering Services Group, having been approached by the leading risk management company due to its rapid growth over recent years and ongoing success.

The British Engineering Services Group is an independent testing, inspection, certification and asset reliability company with a focus on welcoming businesses that enhance its portfolio of specialist risk management services to its growing group.  Like XEIAD, it puts the safety of its customers as well as its people before anything else. XEIAD says it shares many of the same values and objectives, which was an important factor since the very start of this process.

Paul Capener, managing director, will continue to lead the business as it supports its customers to keep critical infrastructure safe and look forward to an exciting future as part of the British Engineering Services Group. Olivier Garrigue has now stepped down as CEO of the business after he has helped drive the success and tremendous growth of XEIAD over the last eight years.

“It’s been very obvious that XEIAD and the British Engineering Services Group share the same behaviours and culture in the approach to their team and customers since we started talking several months ago,” Paul Capener said. “This is extremely important to both companies and has helped make the decision to join the Group an easy one.  For us all here at XEIAD, joining such a fantastic business will support our ongoing growth and allow us to offer our customers even more critical asset and risk management services. This is great news all round.

Paul Hirst, chief operating officer for the British Engineering Services Group, said: “As we continue to add new businesses to the British Engineering Services Group, our priorities remain the same. We’re focused on welcoming companies that support our risk management agenda, enhance the services we can offer our customers and, most importantly, mirror our people focused culture. XEIAD fits this approach perfectly, their team are the very best at what they do, and we’re excited to get to know them over the coming months.”
