SustainAbility Consulting and SustainDigital join TXM Group

TXM Group strengthens its global resourcing capabilities following the acquisition of two Australian technology recruitment businesses.

SustainAbility Consulting and SustainDigital will bolster TXM’s technology recruitment capabilities, strengthening their presence in Australia and subsequently expanding their global footprint.

The two Sydney-based recruitment firms add new expertise to diversify TXM Group’s technology portfolio, with SustainAbility Consulting specialising in placing tech professionals and SustainDigital recruiting for the digital sector.

“Both SustainAbility Consulting and SustainDigital are outstanding within their vertical markets of technology and digital, and we are delighted to welcome their talented employees into TXM Group,” says Keiron Gallimore, TXM Group CEO. “This is a significant step towards achieving our ambition of doubling in size by 2026 and we look forward to continuing to strengthen our global capabilities and unlocking future opportunities for collaboration and innovation.”

“This is an exciting new chapter for SustainAbility Consulting and SustainDigital,” says Martin O’Donnell, Director, SustainAbility Consulting. “Joining TXM Group was an unmissable opportunity to take our businesses to the next level and being part of a large, well-established, and diversified group gives us access to more international knowledge and resources for our clients.

“TXM Group is also aligned to our philosophy and values, which is very important to ensure we continue to provide a seamless, high-quality service to our clients and candidates.”

The SustainAbility Consulting and SustainDigital management teams will remain in place, with all directors committed to driving the growth of the businesses. There will also be no change to the SustainAbility Consulting or SustainDigital branding, and the existing TXM businesses in Australia will continue to operate as usual.

Martin adds: “Joining TXM Group also offers new career progression avenues for our teams, both in Australia and around the world, in addition to being part of a thriving global business. We’re looking forward to our future success as part of TXM Group into 2023 and beyond.”
