Infodev equipment has inbuilt remote conditioning reporting functionality alongside count information, system health and performance data. In many instances, correction of any counting error can be made by remote intervention right down to the level of individual sensors. Where a problem requires further investigation the software reports, in conjunction with the Infodev support service team, can plan physical intervention activities. This is all backed up by a local economic repair service.
