Pandrol appoint new CEO

Nicolas Groult has been appointed CEO of Pandrol and a member of the Executive Committee of Groupe Delachaux.

Nicolas has more than 25 years’ experience working for international companies – many in the industrial sector. He specialises in operational excellence, plant and general management.

His most recent role saw him work for the Parker Meggitt Group where he spent ten years in several senior roles, most laterally as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Power & Sensing – a product group within the organisation with revenues of c$400m. Previous to that, he worked for Johnson Controls amongst other leading firms.

Nicolas has an engineering degree from CESI and an Executive MBA from ESCP Europe.

Guy Talbourdet, CEO of Groupe Delachaux, of which Pandrol is a part and to whom Nicolas will report, said: “I am delighted to welcome Nicolas to the business to lead the growth and success of Pandrol as a leading rail infrastructure provider that maximises railway availability, safety and sustainable lifetime value.
