RBD Rail Recruiter harnesses the latest technology to make job searching even easier

Since launching almost 12 months ago, rail industry exclusive job board RBD Rail Recruiter has strived to improve its service and make it as easy as possible for job seekers to find their perfect rail job. The platform is now using new AI technology to provide simple how-to videos, which talk candidates through the process of searching for roles online.

The first video explains how users can set up job alerts, which will notify them when a suitable opportunity is posted. At just under two minutes long, this step-by-step tutorial is designed to help job seekers tap into one of RBD Rail Recruiter’s most useful features.

Managing director Dean Bruce said: “As a member of the Business Daily Group of companies – which includes the hugely popular railbuisnessdaily 7.00 am newsletter – RBD Rail Recruiter has been able to achieve a huge reach for the roles our clients advertise on the job board.

“This really does make a big difference and sets us apart from standard job boards. Working with the broader group, we have now been able to build some fantastic video output, which will help users to get the most from our platform. We plan to follow up the first video with a series of other guides in the coming weeks.”
