Coleman James, which specialises in the built environment and rail sectors, has made Josh Haggart its director of rail.
He will run the business’s new Doncaster base, spearheading plans to grow the division to a target of 20 consultants in the next three years.
Josh has joined the team after spending more than seven years as a specialist rail recruiter at Navartis, where he built a niche team of expert consultants and worked with a range of clients from PLCs to SMEs.
Josh has become well known in the industry for his technical understanding and passion for all things rail. Having recruited for many multinational rail contractors and consultancies, he brings a wealth of experience.

Coleman James was established in 2016. Its Doncaster office, specialising in white-collar technical rail recruitment, will open in January.
