Railway Industry Association begins search for a PR & Comms Lead and Technical & Innovation Manager

The Railway Industry Association is looking to hire for two separate roles – a PR & Comms Lead and a Technical & Innovation Manager.

PR & Comms Lead

The PR & Comms Lead with support RIA’s communications activities, particularly relating to innovation in the rail sector. 

The role will involve leading the promotional activities for the Unlocking Innovation programme, liaising on communications with key sponsors and RIA Members and developing creative ways to communicate the innovation activities within the rail industry. The role will also support wider communications of RIA wider PR and Public Affairs activities. The successful candidate will have relevant comms related experience, and a passion for the rail industry.

Technical & Innovation Manager

The role will focus heavily on developing and promoting innovation across the railway industry, as well as other technical aspects.

The successful candidate will play a key part in designing and delivering all aspects of our award-winning innovation and technical programme, and will work with our PR & Comms team to maximise impact and raise the profile of innovation in rail.

The successful candidate will have relevant rail related engineering or transferrable experience, and a passion for innovation.
