Southeastern’s Project Management Graduate Scheme is a two-year programme that gives graduates the skills and experience needed to become a successful project manager.
It’s based around four different six month placements across the business. And, if successful, you’ll work on a wide range of real life projects across Southeastern. The real beauty of this programme is that you’ll have exposure to multiple area across the business. This could be introducing new technology, upgrading a station, or improving our fleet of trains. So you get to spend time right across the organisation, helping you to build your broad understanding of the business and spending time working at different sites, in the head office, and remotely.
During the programme you’ll spend time across the wider Southeastern business, gaining broad knowledge and understanding of how a successful train operating company works.
Some graduate programmes don’t offer the same benefits as full-time permanent employees, But at Southeastern you get the same benefits as every new starter, including free/discounted travel throughout the UK and Europe, final salary pension scheme and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
